Healthy Blood Pressure

     Every year nearly one and a half million Americans have heart attacks. Another 500,000 have strokes. Together these conditions account for 49% of all deaths in the United States. High blood pressure, hypertension, also called the "silent killer," is a primary risk factor for both. Incredibly, 60 million Americans have borderline or definite hypertension.
