My children don't like many vegtables, or much meat. They prefer cereal, chips, pretzels, pizza, and peanut butter & jelly. I can get them to eat yogurt, lettuce, carrots, bananas, oranges, grapes if they are good. I get them the yummi bears supplements (whole food & muti-vitamin) I also get them to drink the EAS protien drink sometimes. They are 3 boys, 6,5 &2. I am concerned about finding ways to better their diets and ours as well. Thanks for any suggestions.
