Celtic salt has remains of trace elements left in it from harvesting. If you are buying the salt just because of the trace elements, you are wasting your time. Trace elements are needed by our bodies in only very small potion. They are found in a WIDE variety of food. Therefore, there is no need to waste your money ordering this "great" salt.It does contain sodium. My concern for you is the fact that you enjoy salt and is incorporating liberal amounts in your diet. Be careful because this is a primary cause of high-blood pressure which is on the rise in America.
